Anyone whos tried using the sleep or hibernate feature in Windows Vista on a regular basis knows that Vistas wake-up feature is terribly flawed. But, Sleep in Windows 7 is much improved.

@NorwegianCrows I think you can use Tweak UI to auto-login an account. That's useful if you're not worried about other people being at your PC during boot.

WTF? I have vista and it resumes just as fast from sleep as you just showed.

What I dont understand is why Vista and windows 7 asks me to change user when theres only one user
