Gotta love Billy Ray! Though I don't ever recall him dancing like this in concert. It's gotta be one of those staged videos. They make these by having the crowd dance to the recording and the artist lip-synching. (The overabundance of models disguised as country girls is usually a dead giveaway. Though they do it with regular crowds, too.)
