I have 4 partitions and I can't install Ubuntu :S

in the bios setup menu... i don't have the "removable devices" menu.... therefore it won't let me change boot priority

My computer wont boot up Ubuntu! It just says CDROM... Not Found and then activates Windows! :(
So, having your data files on D: partition, does that mean when you have to reinstall Windows your programs and etc will still be intact?

In the disk partition part, it does not have the name 'unallocated space' but 'free space' after I shrunk the disk D. Is this a problem?

@xellosomo Right click the free space and click delete (volume). That will turn the "free space" into "unallocated space".
