  • So, having your data files on D: partition, does that mean when you have to reinstall Windows your programs and etc will still be intact?

  • In the disk partition part, it does not have the name 'unallocated space' but 'free space' after I shrunk the disk D. Is this a problem?

  • @xellosomo Right click the free space and click delete (volume). That will turn the "free space" into "unallocated space".

  • if i install it to my hard disk will it ask me anyway without having to use a boot key?

  • in the bios setup menu... i don't have the "removable devices" menu.... therefore it won't let me change boot priority
