Which then the can file for a mistrial their fisrt day because they weren't read their rights the day they were arrested by the military and a lawyer not with them as they were waterboarded. They'll have to be let go they first day in court. by USA laws. If they are not, that means Obama has then rewote the US laws on his own.

Mean he can do that to all US citizens.
