Wow, didn't want this song to end...was one of the best versions I have ever heard!! Have searched for yrs. looking for Roll with the Changes version they played in Indianapolis In. New Years Eve 1981. I had a copy of it on cassette, wore it out!! Received a copy of it from Rock 100 The KATT in OKC played on the King Biscuit Flour Hour...the best I had ever heard!!
There was a fire on one of the rafters during this song. Watch Gary point it out (1:31), then see the audience try to get the bands attention (1:45). Then watch as the embers fall onto the crowd(2:22). BTW the best version of this song!
Sounds good and all but it just seams old rockers shit slows down with age ......get the lead outta your ass and play it like you did when you were young........the reason we liked you in the first place ........just sayin:)
Thanks Lance9772 it's nice when someone agrees with you. I'd love to meet old KC but there's not much chance of that I doubt they will ever play in England again . But if I ever win the euro millions lottery I would hire them to play at my party. I might even contact you to arrange it for me. Well it's nice to dream sometimes but that ain't going to happen. Anyway thanks again good luck to you
@Carpetlay1 I couldn't have said it better myself, and i have posted similar comments for various other Reo videos.I have chilled with Kevin and the crew plenty of times, and believe me Kevin knows what an amazin guitarist Gary is,and gives Gary all the credit in the world for seein the talent in him that nobody else did.He loves Gary, but he also knows that the split between them was inevitable and unavoidable
