The chime tubes used are the Woodstock Percussion Olympos Chimes. They are tuned to an ancient Greek Pentatonic scale.Years ago I visited Woodstock Percussion when they were just beginning to make tuned wind chimes. I think it was the mid to late 1980's. At that time they had built a machine that trimmed the end of the tube, sound sampled it with a small hammer, analyzed it with an Apple II, and automatically adjusted the machine to trim more if needed. It was fascinating to watch.
