That's because she's singing in Scottish Gaelic, which is similiar to, but different from Irish.

I don't speak Irish, but I've sung this song for years and I've never heard it pronounced the way she's doing it.. It's like completely different words, isn't it? Beautiful!! But I wonder what she's singing!
