No. as i know russian national records aren't be able to consider as WR. But this is not the case.
we have an unnoficial (but very soon it will be official) information, that belyaev's, malanichev's and Suslov's doping tests are unfortunately positive. and Suslov and Belyaev will be disq. for lifetime from IPF. And Malanichev for 2 years. But i repeat it's rather truthful but not official information.

WADA was there, Andrei was tested, and also Andrei Belyaev too (420kg+290kg+355kg @ 100kg), and Nikolai Suslov - the best three lifters in this meet. We'll watch the results of tests on ipf official site.
