Comic Books and Video Games

Many people are completely against comic-book-turned-movie-turned-video-game. How do you feel?

I honestly feel that most game developers usually never have a great grasp on the comics themselves but there are some great comic based video games out there such as Batman Arkham Asylum Batman Arkham City X-Men The Arcade Game Marvel vs Capcom 1-2-3 Marvel Super Heros Batman (NES) Spiderman 2 Spawn (Dreamcast) DC Universe Online Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Theres a bunch :P

i think some of them do well, i like the hulk games and iron man, all spider man games and all wolverine games, xmen legends 1 and 2 were very good marvel nemesis i liked alot, ultimate alliance is also good. waiting for marvel ultimate alliance 2.

i think that it should be made ONLY, If certain things are kept on board to a high level. For example STORY and VISUAL STYLE.

Game companies should concentrate a lot more on GAMEPLAY so that players can enjoy the already cool story that they have known since reading them, but i think it all goes crazy in the planning stage and 80% of the time a bad title is released. so... yer thats what i think , good question :D
