@archtopaddict You know I always loved the sound of load car engines as a child long before I knew what metal was. I'm surprised that no one else made that connection.

sounds good to me..especially the slide, smoother than the guitar...stronger attack at times as compared to using a pick on the guitar..guess thats why JImmy Page uses a bow....hahahhaa

Im new to fiddle, so what is a baritone violin?

@Drumz0r2243 A baritone violin is also called a "Chin-Cello" because the strings are one octave lower than a standard violin. This is because the strings on a Chin-cello are actually shortened cello strings. So, in fact the chin-cello (also called "baritone violin") sounds exactly like a cello.

Thanks for your kind comments Mincong. Recently, I have realized that people who enjoy the sounds of the roar of sports car engines (eg. the nascar spectators, people who love hearing a Lamborghini vroooom, etc) would probably also enjoy the raging driving sounds of Metal music. That's because Metal music sounds like a more melodic version of sports car engines. Just my two cents worth of thoughts. hahaha LOL
