This cartoon was made in 96, Appetite for Destruction came out in 87' and in 1990 GNR recieved awards for best heavy metal album and band at the American Music Awards. By 1993 they had released their last studio album "The Spaghetti Incident?" and they were kind of on top of the world. So Guns N' Roses was definitely famous enough, and so was Slash who had formed Slash's Snakepit at the time this cartoon was made.

Bugs Bunny, Fred Flintstone & Scooby Doo are cartoon legends, but Bootsy is just FUNK-A-RIFFIC!!! Where did you get this?

A website (now defunct) had this posted, probably seven years ago, in 5 different Quicktime video segments...it sat on my hard drive after I downloaded it, for years, but I figured I owed it to Bootsy to patch it together into one video and get it up on Youtube.
