Arts Central is a an arts education organization located in Bend, Oregon. Their mission is to keep the arts flourishing in their central Oregon region. They do whatever it takes to nurture and inspire artists of all ages in all mediums. Unfortunately budget cutbacks in public schools and time restraints in daily lives have severely limited creative opportunities for children as well as adults. That's where Arts Central steps in to create creative opportunities.
