Ok first thing is first buy some proper kit,
Suggest Pioneers, if you haven't got the cash save up the dollars, its not worth wasting cash on crap and getting nothing back later on, not even experience.

Haha for starters its a Tiesto picture disc of Flight 643, I had 3 limited tiesto picture discs in my collection before i sold them look them up if you really wanna see what they look like. They're not slipmats. It is a mix, its from when i first started nearly 2 years ago so maybe its not up to your standards but its a mix from a then beginner. Its been 2 years im a hell of alot better with more gear and if you really arent convinced ill do another when i get the time :) ...Rowan from Aus :D

mk5's are better usually but they cost more, its up to personal preference. Mk2's have been unchanged for almost 20 years :)

bro, putting your monitor speakers.. or any speaker on the table with your decks?
c'mon now :)you must realize this is wrong. It will cause your decks to rumble.
for best results in that setup, put the speakers on tennis balls cut in half, with the opening facing down on the table, and the speakers sitting on the tops, much like reversed feet, this will cut down on vibrations. Other than that, good show mang keep it up.
