Decided to have a play this morning and this is my warmup. I can never think of things to do once im poling...its like my mind goes blank and i just end up doing the ones i can remember the most.

very well done. LIked the sunbather, don't recall seeing that named before........very sexy. I can't remember much when dancing either, just repeat alot of the stuff I know......But I try to do it just a little bit better each time :) :) know what I mean! very well done.........

i have the same problem... try writing them down before you start or as you think of them.. alot of great moves in here.. loved the whole part from 1:35 on..!! great control..!

I KNOW! i can think of a gazillion things to do, and then once i'm ready to practice i can think of nothing, lol. mind just goes blank, aka, what i've been calling lately, a 'brain fart', lol. you did amazing my friend, and i just loved hearing your voice in the tut. i love your accent, and ur very good at it! hugs xoxo
