Paul actually died of a heroin overdose. He was addicted to Percocet and then moved on to heavier stuff.
Just to reiterate, there IS a definite link between steroid use and drug addiction. Steroids help you work through pain...pain killers kill the pain during down time. Pretty soon, you need the pain killers all the time until they are no longer enough and you move on to heavier stuff. That's what happened to Paul.....and look where drugs got Craig Titus...22-55 years for murder. Sad stuff....
