  • @gprswap3 yes.

  • 260 enable to play in high?

  • how will amd phenom ii x2 3.9ghz and gtx260 216 core run this???

  • @Johntsarev ram matters either

  • @HD4VBE Pentium D will NOT run this game, you will need at least an Intel E5700 @ 3.00ghz.

  • I'm thinking of getting this card how do you think this game will run with 4GB RAM and Intel Pentium D 950 (3.4GHz x2) or AMD Athlon X2 3800+ (2.0GHz x2)?

  • @hackerw32 Ah fair enough, well regardless your computer is still dedicating resources to keep the aero up so it's always a good idea to leave as many resources free as possible if you're having performance issues.

Also my 460 still uses 810MB of VRAM even with low shadows?

I usually play with 30-40 view distance simply because I prefer smoothness over seeing objects miles away.

  • @tinymouse2

i have turned off the shadows.. and it displays only the basic one (for example oval shadow down of the car)

  • @hackerw32 Well since when I had a GTX 580 (which has 1536mb) it was using about 1.4gb of VRAM I have no idea how it's only using 750mb...

Where are you getting that 750mb reading from?

  • @tinymouse2

since that it doesn't eats all of my vram (about 750mb.. 260 has 896) i don't see the reason to gain 60 mb from setting the theme in windows classic .. maybe i will try it and tell you if this will give me a boost..

aslo i have gpu boost from my motherboard (Asus M4A89GTD PRO)
