Assuming comments aren't being blocked, I think the limited response is due to uncertainty. Seems like a darn expensive solution to a relatively simple problem. Further, these devices are now popping up seeming everywhere, quickly becomming a nuisance to many drivers. That alone might give reason for some to withhold comment.
