Dog abuse

Concerned residents of a neighborhood in Cancun have been listening every night to the continual cries and whimpering of a dog in trouble and decided to climb a tree to video tape what they could see.  A local animal organization has gone to the authorities to try and rescue the poor dog but since there are no laws in Cancun protecting animals from being abused there was nothing the authorities will do.  RAP (www.rapanimalrescue.org) is continuing to try and save this dog.  But their resources are very limited and with no support from the local government or the public, they may not be able to save the poor dog from his daily torment.  Please visit our website and help us in anyway you can - make a donation, send the video to friends and family, write letters and urge the Cancun authorities to help us rescue this dog.  Warning - video may be disturbing to some viewers. We had a similar neighbor growing up,....Somehow though his gate kept getting open,and his dogs kept running away...hmmmm..

Tell me this guy has been charged with animal cruelty.. that dog is his child.. animal cruelty laws are not tough enough. If i had a whip.. id whip the siht out of that dumb pathetic wanker
