@loucheia1 -- You're right not to believe it, because it is not true. That rumor can be put to rest. He was a healthy man who simply died in his sleep.

@mrtarver6 Thank you for your kind condolences and prayers. We miss Kyle so much. I miss Kyle so very much, but the Lord has him now, and now Kyle has a special kind of peace, which passes all understanding. He's cool alright in Christ. He would have said the same thing. Take care.

Thank you, Lord, for John Kyle Shumway. We don’t know why he had to leave us so soon, but one thing is for sure: Kyle lived long enough to learn enough to become wise enough to recognize that you are Lord and Savior. He believed in God more than man. This is a fact.

When a young man dies, it shocks our senses, and Kyle's passing indeed shocked all who ever knew him. You are missed, John Kyle, but your memory is forever etched in our minds. Kudos to Wayne and John. You produced a moving and sincere tribute to a friend, which will always be a treasured memorial of Kyle.

wtf i went to eelmentary with him i heard he had aids but i didnt believ it how did he die anyone know? i was looking for him face book but i wasnt sure how to spell his last name so i googled him and it said memorial video for him i was OMG!!! :(

John, thank you for posting this memorial slideshow! You did an excellent job of chronologically showcasing Kyles lifespan. I am truly saddened that I missed his service last week. His family is in my thoughts and prayers. I still cannot believe that he is gone May he rest in peace...
