@hoverkrazy Good luck to Shandi! How exciting. :) It is hard to fit everything in, isn't it? Thanks for the comments about my daughter's spiral. My daughter thinks it is not as good as it used to be. She has grown and probably doesn't stretch like she used to. Anyway... good luck to Shandi!

@hoverkrazy yes they are back up. :) Just google "skating forums". My daughter is doing well. :) Is yours skating preliminary now? My daughter saw your daughter's spiral from a couple of years ago and was so impressed!

@isakswings She tests for Prelim next week. I'm glad your daughter liked the spiral. I've seen her's and it's pretty good, too. Shandi doesn't practice it as often as she should and with such a short program, she doesn't have enough time to put in a long high spiral.

what stretches do you do to get that? it's so hard for me!

@cherrygirl016 She just does spiral stretches and pulls her legs up into the Biellmann position off-ice. She also bends backward to stretch her back. I guess that's about it.
