In short, the Zenbook is a PC version of the Macbook Air that has some advantages including the slightly lighter weight, better performance (due to faster hardware), and USB3 support, but also a couple of disadvantages, the most significant of which are the touchpad (non-responsive in the bottom 5th) and the LCD display (SLIGHTLY less vibrant than the Macbook Air display).
