It took hours of training from when she was around 12 weeks old, in a swimming class situation, in a warm indoor pool, when you start you literally pour water over their head to get them used to the water, you then build it up to what you see in the clip. She has a full lung of air before she enters the water so she can't breath in and as soon as you see her exhale then you pop her up, as you will see in the clip. She absolutely loves doing it all smiles and giggles or we wouldn't. She is now 4
