Lilly Ledbetter explains why equal pay for equal work is a civil right, and Mitt Romney should listen.

The Lilly Ledbetter Fair Pay Act was the first bill President Obama signed into law. When asked whether Mitt Romney supports the Act, Romney's campaign replied, "We'll get back to you on that."

That's right. It's a human right. Women should be paid the same money for the same job. Romney and Ryan will just leave that up to the employers rather than have an actual law or better avenue for legal action that the Lilly Ledbetter Fair Pay Act does. I don't see how any woman in good conscience can vote for Romney and Ryan. Ryan voted against it. Has he ever said why?
