Its the final END of an era {KatherineStevens&BoolaghDamona}:2008-2011

After months of deliberating over whether I should continue competing Damona I have made the hardest decision of my LIFE to discontinue competing her next season (ie. 2012) I am just too tall/big on her and feel I am just putting too much strain on her - I really have achieved everything I could ever wish for with her; This really is so hard for me she literally means the world to me and even now when I ride her I know that; when the spring/summer competing season comes round I'm going to be so lost not being there with her :(

I know I am lucky because she will stay in the family but really I think it is just as hard...

This really does not do her justice ONE BIT but I will be making a three year video for the 19th December, which will be an amalgamation of three years with such an amazing pony xxxxxx

This made me cry knowing that such a blissfully faultless, perfect combination like you too, have been faced with such a heart-breaking decision <3 but i back your instinct one hundred percent of the way, you are an incredible partnership, and you have acheived so much more than anyone could ever have predicted, youve surpassed everyones expectations, and you have allowed Damona to flourish into the incredible pony she is today, you are an outstanding combination and i am here for you always <3
