Great sideshow and nice commentary on each photo but the photo at 2:10 is actually Jimi backstage in Stockholm on August 31 1970. Regardless this is a wonderful video. Its nice to see the series of events leading up to the concert. Who knew it would all end in 12 days. How much great music we were denied! Jimi had reached his peak by September 1970. Just listen to the last few live versions of Hey Baby {New Rising Sun} if you don't believe me. September 18th 1970.;the day the music really died.

Thanks Capt., it looked like the same jacket! You're right about those live versions of "Hey Baby." ( the one from Copenhagen is amazing)....and you're right about all the great music we've missed...but what we've got will last forever. Fly on....fly on.....
