  • What a pleasant surprise hearing from you. What a great peformance---I wanted to share it with the world. I bought the record the week it was released when I was a teenager. I have all your recordings. I'm not sure what you mean about sending me a better copy---my email address is: kenschreiber@yahoo.com.

  • Love the comparison to Prince---I knew he had a familiar look!

  • this was one of my fav songs from the past when I was a little girl. thanks for sharing

  • I absolutely love this song, I'm 66 and can't get over the oldies. I say bring them on. Every so often you hear or see teenagers dancing to the oldies. I just love the sound. Oh, the oldies, and I still love hearing them, over and over and over again.

    Keep it coming.

  • WHAT IS THE NAME OF THE LEAD SINGER ?

  • I hear he likes purple, too.

  • @willyleeman I did a little research and discovered that Ray Smith, the only surviving member of the original group, is the one who sings the bass solo. The other solo singer is Tyrone Thomas.

  • I think I like this better than the 1961 record. The lead singer has such flair, polish, and style, it's such fun to watch and listen. I know that Ray Smith is the only original Jarmel in this group now, but I don't know which one is Ray. Not to take anything away from the other singers, but the lead guy is really cool.

  • Hello Ken

Thanks for all of the Love

    Peace, Love and More Soap
