They don't seem anywhere near as fragile as I'd imagined. They've got such interesting behaviors! Was that a little territoriality at :30? Or was it more of a breeding behavior? They've got such cute faces! Love the video, way better than digging up random photos online...

The males are sometimes territorial. Usually when it's warm (80 - 90 degrees F) and they have a place to fight over; like king of the hill.

Really nice clip! I have a few of the same species and they are about 1 year old now. They have never been as active as in your clip. Any idea why yours are more active? Stirred up? Warmer box? Also mine never did that fly jump, actually I was told they can't fly.

They're usually more active when it's warm; 80 - 90 degrees F. They can't fly, just jump and glide a little bit.
