Teachers have to be very careful how they act around and treat their students. Back when I was going to school, teachers may have been able to get away with a lot more, but in this day and age, they will get into trouble if students take a stand and decide to complain. I also had a teacher who was sort of like the one that GemRubyDiamond described. She was a mean witch, and she did treat minority students differently than the white students. Even my parents could sense how evil she was.

@thethugyone, Regardless of the race of the teacher, what the teacher did was wrong. And although GemRubyDiamond isn't sure if the actions of the teacher were racist in nature, it is still one possibility. And while there are teachers who may not like an individual student, because of behavioral and personality issues and other reasons, that doesn't give the teacher the right to perform actions, such as changing a child's homework answers and then giving that child a lower grade.

I think she hated you because she was in a relationship with your dad but he never moved to live with her or never recognized her because of the love he feels for you.About the second story,at least you can play the race card,,but i suffered viceversa.It's very hard when a black racist teacher just pick on you for not being black.
