When i press Ctrl and click it only zooms :/ what to do?

I know this is one year ago, but I lol'd at "no zooming". He included multiple zoomings when he was changing the curve. And how is this hard to see? You must need glasses or something. Also, you don't need voice comments to follow something that's very simple to do.

a very good effect that makes 99% of the images look better is also to go to Image/Adjustments/Exposure and reduce the Offset to -0,0059 or 0,0098 and increase a little bit the Exposure. Also you can increase the Gamma Correction or decrease it depending if you want higher or lower contrast.
