I was just watching his "On the Road" video on DVD and DAMN i can not believe how much mass he has lost over a 3-4 year period. Obviously he is not using a lot of the stuff he was on anymore when he was competing now that he is basically retired from onstage.

@rmccay88 Very true. He currently walks around at 285 or less in similar to condition that he once was at 335, so he has lost a good 50 pounds of mass. Not to mention, he is injured so the quality of his muscularity is not what it once was. Don't get me wrong, he is still huge, just not as big as he once was.

@wingmannj He is no longer with BSN. He was at the Arnold Classic but not anymore. He has his own supplement website now, Ronnie Coleman Nutrition.
