The New Age Movement consists of an incredibly huge and well organized network consisting of thousands of groups, trusts, foundations, clubs, lodges, and religious groups whose goal and purpose is to prepare the world to enter the coming "Age Of Aquarius." A small sampling of only a few of the organizations involved would include: Amnesty International, Zero Population Growth, California New Age Caucus, New World Alliance, World Goodwill, The Church Universal and Triumphant, The Theosophical Society, the Forum, Planetary Initiative for the World We Choose, the Club of Rome, Church Universal & Triumphant, Christian Science, and the Unity School of Christianity. This list, by no means all inclusive, demonstrates the diversity of organizations operating in economic, political, and religious spheres of influence

Great post, though I don't think of myself as a christian this information is very necessary and important. I know many people in the new age and they are so brain washed they would tell you that the snow is black if their shaman tells them it is so.

@mackac81 I'm not sure when rational people decided to surrender their will completely to unseen forces with dubious origins. And yet they pitch former reason to embrace any new utterance from a complete stranger.

I think it has something to do with the lie that real Truth only EXISTS on higher planes not accessible to rational mind and to contact that truth, one must abandon any former groundedness. Part of the NewAge deception is distrust of former things in favor of 'ascended' thiings

Emptying oneself of any discernment is prerequisite to Being contact. Any hypnotherapist can tell you a person under going hypnosis is easier to drive into altered consciousness each time after because the brain is prepped. A 'trigger' can make the process even faster, potentially without the person even knowing its been activated.

Opening oneself allows the body to be husk to Beings that come and go at will. People prepare themselves for their spirit overlords ... called "Ascension"
