North Korea said they'll get the uaea to inspect their nuclear program. South Korea did nothing when the North sunk their naval vessel then Kim Jong Il did the artillery barrage on that island killing people, South did nothing. Nuclear testing got Japan and the United States to give the communists more happiness. Bill Richardsons visit to the North is bad Obama policy. Reunification of the two Koreas is necessary. Very fragile in North Korea. John Bolton was the ambassador to the United Nations under the George Bush administration. China would like to see a unified Korea. South Korea will hold its largest-ever winter live-fire drills Thursday in an area adjacent to North Korea, the South Korean Army said. In November, North Korea deployed surface-to-air missiles on its coast as U.S. and South Korea prep for navy drills in the Yellow Sea. The nuclear powered Aircraft carrier USS George Washington was there. Russian Ambassador Vitaly Churkin who called for the emergency session over the weekend to defuse the crisis warned darkly that the world could be faced with a serious conflict within hours, and that the international community has no game plan on the diplomatic side. Japan has a close eye on this situation for sure. Within hours there may be a serious aggravation of tension a serious conflict in the Asian world, for that matter, he said. The fog must be lifting soon. North Korea said over the weekend that the planned exercises were designed to violate the armistice that ended the Korean War in 1953 and ignite war at any cost.

If the North korea is not able to attack the US, Japan and South korea because they have outdated weapons,

why is the US making a big deal about it. ?

Why is Russia and China against a war ?

@bluebarrios lol, everybody hates the US until they need their asses bailed out, and then were happy to help out. I dont think Kuwait or the Kurds hate us, or the south koreans for that matter. They hate their tepid government as the latest riots demonstrated. And lets face it, we know from our friends assange, that most mideast nations are imploring us to take action against Iran. And of course none of our actions are illegal, we had every right to take action in Afg. and Iraq.

@bluebarrios Theres really one very good reason why Nkorea will not attack, they simply do not have the ability. China is cutting ties and doesnt want to be bothered by the north. A war between the 2 koreas would be over inside of month. Theres no way they could keep their supply lines up, outdated equipment and poor command structure. And very vulnerable to attack on their coastline. Nukes arent yet a factor as the delivery systems are very unreliable.
