"Is this racist?" is a segment comedian Ron G came up with while on an east coast comedy tour with ERRATIC TV owner and stand up comedian Sherif Hedayat.
Ron G began his stand up career in Atlanta, GA, and was crowned 1st place winner of the 2005 Sierra Mist Late Night Laff Off. After moving to Los Angeles to further his career as a comedian and actor, he was a finalist on the new hit TV show Bill Bellamy's "Who's Got Jokes" and was also a finalist on the most recent season of NBC's Last Comic Standing. And if that wasn't enough, on his very first commercial audition, he booked a gig as national Spokesperson for Checker's & Rally's Restaurants. Having Martin Lawrence tell him he was funny is one of Ron G's career highlights so far, and after receiving his first standing ovation only eight months in the game, he knew he had found his calling.
like one person said....it's made to be funny. he's a comedian, not Al Sharpton or Jessie Jackson. Gesh ppl, lighten up!!

It is obvious he was taking advantage of playing off of the name. It was something that even the makers of the sign probably had a good laugh about. Take it easy, folks. Yeesh.
