Elvis recorded this Gospel song written by Fred Karger, Sid Wise and Ben Weisman at the RCA' Studio B in Nashville, Tennessee on September 11, 1967.
Master take is number 9 (UPA4-2772).
This song was released as a single on April 1968 (RCA 47-9600) paired with "You'll never walk alone" and it was reissued two years later on December 1970.
"We call on Him" made his debut on LP in 1971 ("You'll never walk alone" by Camden/RCA budget release) and over the years will be available on:
