If you support the teaching of Intelligent Design / Creationism in public schools then logically you support the teaching of much more. Of course, we know if you do support ID / creationism logic does not motivate many of your decisions.

@bongolongo In that line of thought logic is presuming the being of God, when itself is not God. All I am saying is that logic views things through the eyes of logic, but not through the eyes of the being it is applied to. Of course I'm not saying that logic is wrong, but is it absolutely right? Logic is a tool, but buy no means is it the all-being of our existence. Logic was made for us, but we were not made for logic.

@DemiImp It's perfectly logical to say that if there's an all-powerful creator god, then he is all-responsible for all of creation, including all presence of evil. The Christian attempt to avoid that is to proclaim free will, etc, which are the true leaps of logic in such a cosmology.

He is not claiming that god causes abortions... he's claiming that god does not exist, because if he did, he would be responsible for millions of innocent lives being lost, whether from his condoning ethnic cleansing in the old testament, malaria killing millions of children, or the high count of natural abortions. Since the god of the bible is a giant contradiction, he does not exist (the other million reasons excluded).

I'm trying very hard to like your videos, but they are filled with straw men... you take an idea, shove it into the mouths of your opponents and run with it until you tear them down. For example, claiming that god is actually causing abortions or is the reason people die is extrapolating things a bit too far.
I believe what I'm trying to say is that your videos are full of logical fallacies.... and this bothers me, lol.

Bollocks. The Creationist "Scientists" at ICR pledge to place the Bible over any amount of counter-evidence. That is, if there is a conflict between the weight of evidence and their interpretation of the Bible (which is suspect) then they MUST chose the Bible.
How is that science? The minute they undertake that oath they begin the demise of their scientific credentials. And, why should REAL scientists give them any credence? I don't, they are too dishonest for that.

Popular evolutionary scientists Dawkins and Hawking refuse to debate with creationists who are SCIENTISTS, such as the scientists at ICR, The Institure for Creation Research. They only debate non-scientist creationists. Read my popular Internet articles: HOW FORENSIC SCIENCE REFUTES ATHEISM, ANY LIFE ON MARS CAME FROM EARTH, and WAR AMONG EVOLUTIONISTS!

There is science to support creationism. It's not just a religious issue. Belief that we're here by chance and macro-evolution are just as much a faith as creation. Both sides should have the opportunity to present and rebut each other's scientific arguments.
