Since I have read the PH Miracle I have began growing my own sprouts, drinking kamut wheat grass, and eating plenty of salads. I try to eat two raw salads a day but usually just eat one. Its amazing how one single salad can cease hunger pangs during the course of the day. My main reason I began to follow my PH levels was because I have acid reflux, not only has the PH miracle solved my acid reflux problem but I also feel healthier and more energetic.

i suffer from bad fecal odor due to too many acidic and not enough alkaline foods, if your reading this and you eat alot of acidic's cut them out for good, you will look, feel and maybe smell 100 times better than you do now, iv been on the Dr Robert Youngs the pH miracle for a month and smell has reduced increadibly. thank you Dr Robert Young
