  • @BuffaloWarrior7 In my opinion, it breaks my heart to see the 1911 platform be reduced to just collector items. That price makes it out to just that. But she is a very pretty pistol though.

  • hkchris1@ Colts are very high quality weapons. Plus they're American made, which is important.

Hell Yes, I would love to have that to go with my wiley clapp commander. This is my EDC and it is smooth as butter. One gun i know i will die with.

  • Love that pistol!!

But, good you please convince Colt to reintroduce the Colt Phyton revolverl!! ; )

  • I love it...

  • Excuse me, my pants require a quick change.

  • @bratcher71 No, my other Colt 1911s are all used quite a bit, and I plan on putting a few thousand rounds through this one a year just like thge others. Colts are made to be shot and abused, and they love it. I'm still shotting one my grandfather carried in WWII and it still works...with a new barrel though haha.

  • Just ordered mine! Can't wait!

  • ofcourse its an oval '¬¬ it would be an oval if the grip was even at front and back
