  • All the legends sitting together on a classic =)

  • @Johnlindsey289 Yes, he does at that. I think Cameron just may have used the idea of the military figures being the good guys and the scientists the bad guys from The Thing 1951 and reversed the roles when he wrote Avatar, which is kind of cool.

  • @TheAltair4

Indeed they do and so does John Carpenter

  • @crabsyman

What do you think of Carpenter's remake? more true to the novel "Who Goes There" and it has no killer vegetable vampire alien but a shapeshifter, the 1982 movie had the right technology to get the monster right as a shapeshifter. Did you know Carpenter respects the original movie since his childhood and that his remake was a movie that honored it and being true to the book?

  • Lucas, Spielberg, Cameron and Scott all have really great taste in classic sci-fi films, which isn't too surprising really. lol

  • "Teenagers from Space" , that was one of the best mock-up they did on MST3K.

    "Tourt- Cha"!!!

  • rofl the dog

  • Haha pause at 3:46!

  • I agree with panacea999..the Thermin produced a fantastic sound effect. It is the of the things I remember fondly of movies of the 50's era.

  • i think speilberg was right on the money with his comment about images in films.
