the way we get by series 2.01 - life just got too hard.
Its been a week since Haley and Brooke left town, and Peyton has been left feeling more alone than ever. She starts spending lots of time with Mouth who listens to her.
Lucas wakes up from the same dream he has had for a week, of him and Haley standing on the rooftop where they had their first date. He finally gets the courage to go and see her in New York to tell her that he's sorry and he'll do anything to make their relationship work.
Nathan has been spending most of his week at home, pouring his heart out to his mom.
Karen is left confused, seeing as she's never seen her son so broken hearted before.
Lucas arrives at New York to find Haley and Chris in a compromising position. He decides to post pone all the things he wanted to say to her. Haley on the other hand, pretends like nothing's wrong and was hoping they could just pretend to still have the perfect relationship.
Brooke leaves them alone to talk.
Lucas realizes that he and Haley are far from fine.
Karen finally talks to Andy about their son. Andy tells her there's only one person he could think of that could cheer Nathan up.
Karen goes to Nathan's room to tell her what she thought would be good news.
She asked his brother Clark who goes to uni to come home for the holidays.
He asks when and she tells him tomorrow.
Karen doesn't realize that Clark would be the last person Nate would want to see right now seeing as his history with Brooke. (We'll get into that in the next episode)
Karen goes to pick up Clark from the airport.
Haley and Lucas say their goodbyes.
Brooke goes home with Lucas. On the way he tells her that he got a phone call from Nate, and although he wasn't supposed 2 tell her, Clark is gonna be there when they get back. This leaves Brooke quite on the whole trip back to Tree Hill.

as always you did a great job...i love the premiere,peyton should feel alone.aha.that was kind of mean, but oh well.i kind of feel bad for lucas since he was about to pour out his heart to haley.i wonder whats going on with brathan, they are just too great i don't know blark is cute though too.ugh.this is going to kill me.
