The Constitution can say whatever it wants that doesn't make it true. Since when do politicians tell the truth instead of telling people what they want to hear? The Constitution begins with." We The people." The declaration of independence says that to secure our God given rights, that governments are formed. They are formed to secure our rights, and that's their only purpose that governments are formed. You should remember Daniel, that Abe Lincoln spoke of government of the people, by the people, and for the people.
