Learn the benefits of Amino Acids in this quick video from Bodybuilding.com and supplement expert Anthony Almada!
Amino acids come from protein rich sources such as meat, fish, dairy products, and vegetables such as legumes, peas, and grains. There are many types of amino acid supplements on the market. Some products claim to have a large quantity of amino acids, but come primarily from a weak protein source (such as milk). Unfortunately, people may have allergies associated with the protein source. Our supplement formula is comprised of the highest quality crystalline protein source. Amino Acid supplements are available at Bodybuilding.com.

@nikopikox amino acids are basically proteins with essential and non essentials , but it's just an easier way to consume protein for people who don't eat much , it's also made to be absorbed faster than food , so after working out it is absorbed faster to repair muscle fibers :D

Whats the difference between amino acids nd proteins? I know like chicken, fish, protein powder, etc. are proteins, and things like olives, flaxseed and avocado are amino acids, but whats the difference, nd how do they work/ affect your body?? Like amino acids are the "building blocks of proteins" but what does that mean? does this mean when u consume proteins your body breaks it down then builds it back up(into mussel?) & does this mean amino acids turn directly into protein/mussel? plz help!!

Is this good or am I missing anything-

--workout--
Creatine+Leucine with Water (Post-workout)
Whey Protein shake (Post-workout, seperate Drink though)
My goal is to suitably recover and start the building process asap after the gym, while striving to consume the optimum amounts of food and supps to be lean + strong

@D4W5ON yeah, i think they pretty much help with everything. i think he was saying they help "break down" the proteins or whatever you decide to take.
