Lloyd is a kid who felt like he was the biggest loser ever. On top of that, he lives in a dangerous town, Jameston, and has to deal with gangs and drugs and, oh yeah, villains with powers.

He has no way to defend himself from these threats until one day, he gains power. Now he's trying to gain respect in these dangerous times and have fun while he's at it. But the question is: "How will he do that when he's starting on the bottom?"
