英國人怎樣說「避孕套」?

有網友在 YouTube 留言，提到避孕套的說法。

當然可以說 condom，這是最普遍的說法，不論跟英國人，美國人，印度人還星加波人說，他們都肯定明白。但英國人最常說的 slang term，是 Johnnie 或 Johnny。去片。

對著英國朋友，不妨也用這個字；但跟其他國家的人說話，則照說 condom 吧。

condomns are refered to as johnny's because back in the old times, in Brit, a particular typeof the prostitutes' clients were called "John. Johns were required to put on condom, which was called "conny". So, the world Johnny :)
