Me and my son messing around, the goal wasmtom train the both of us, i want him to not allow my hands to come back or for him to deflect them it makes you focus on timing and power, and its just plain ole fun! my son is 6/2 245, 17 darness5/8 187 40, and like i said before the worst thing you can do some times is not make working out fun, dont make it a job all the time, if its fun then it will be done longer, and then you just get better results, so yeah keep them kids bizzy

  • I tried on certain body armors before

    they dont fully take the pain off the user so maybe go a little easier!

    I got hit with those things and it was a nasty hit
