This is obviously a response to Elton John's "Levon". The guys with the balloons are Levon and Jesus in their garage by the motorway. But Jesus can't go to Venus because they stole his ballons, so we will still have christianity on earth.
Or it could just be a silly video without any deeper meaning at all.
