junkyardjunkeez.com have united with bagerbuddy on YouTube to form a channel called The Barn Finders. This is where we combine some of our car hunting videos in our quest to document North American heritage vehicles. This 1964 Dodge barn find truck is our first video offering. This is Sam's favourite year of Dodge pickup. He like's how it has four headlights, the small back window and round tail lights.
my neighbor has 2 of these one in blue and one in orange.

Doesn't look to be in too bad shape. Any chance y'all can dig it out and possibly get it running? My grandpa had a similar model Dodge truck when I was very young.

@Norco5327 for sure, we'd love to see that too... we'll have to check in the spring and see if it's still there

I think someone should restore it, wht a story they'd have after doing it .

@Kingsoupturbo We agree! when you walk up to something like that it is just sureal. its not super valuable, but yes... it's like an artform that should be shared with people. we think old car "junkyards" should get credit for thier artistic merit too (and be protected as heritage sites!)

@JunkyardJunkeez That is a pretty neat place and scene to find that truck! seems silly that its not more or less public property in a scenario like that, what a treasure trove kind of cool discovery!

@Kingsoupturbo ...thanks! it was a real surprise... and its wild how it is just about covered up with wood shavings that spilled out of the walls (old-style insulation). we would love to pull her out of there and get 'er cruisin'
