Dharamsala, November 20 (ANI): Tibetan exiles on Wednesday appeared optimistic that autonomy talks with China would eventually reach a logical conclusion. Hundreds of exiles are considering the way forward in autonomy talks with China, at talks that began on Monday in Dharamsala that is the seat of the Dalai Lama's exiled government. Gyalo Thondup, elder brother of Tibetan spiritual leader the Dalai Lama told reporters in Dharamsala that they were not seeking independence from China.
