@WatchTalkForums I know. Im bummed I missed it too. I was in a rush with only 2 days and I missed a few things. Next year Im taking the whole week off.

Flat dark earth is a cheesy fad in my opinion. I mean, come on, how many of us actually live in a desert?

@satorres82 I agree that the folks who live in areas with green trees lining the roads kinda look funny having FDE weapons and desert digital camo etc etc? But for us folks that live in Nevada (like me) and Utah, Arizona, huge areas of California, New Mexico, Texas who have deserts to play in, then it fits perfectly.

@FlyingPancreas Get your youtube partnership and start getting those Google adsense/advertising checks to fund your firearms purchases! A hobby that funds itself is the key.

@mixflip I know the feeling. I'm going to have to start selling off some stuff in order to purchase the firearms I want. Especially once you factor in all the peripheral stuff that goes along with firearms (holsters, ammo, range memberships, etc.), it's definitely not a cheap enterprise. Thankfully my wife is supportive of my interest, but I still can't justify spending that much loot without making a sacrifice.

@FlyingPancreas The standard SIGs are great I agree but the elite models are undeniably feature packed and simply better than the standard models as far as duty or full sized guns go in my opinion anyway. My only complaint is that guys like me (on a budget with a family) have a hard time dropping $1000 on a handgun. Thats a bummer.

@darmog Yeah I was flying through the show pretty fast and missed a few things I reget missing. I only had about 2 days and I still had to work after the show. Next year I'll take the whole week off.

Aww, I was hoping you'd cover the upcoming Sig P938. That's the gun I've been waiting for, a subcompact, 1911-ish metal gun, single stack and 9mm. That one sexy pocket pistol.

Love SIG. I tend to prefer standard models in general rather than the special pimp editions. SIG has a pretty unbelievable array of special pimp features available. Something for everybody.
