In this video I complete 3 laps of the Gnome Agility course while alching. Each run averages around 43 seconds and 8 alchs can be performed. Each lap is equal to 725 agility experience and 520 magic experience. This equals around 60,697 agility experience per hour and 43,534 magic experience per hour. These are probably not the fastest laps possible, but with or without alching i come very close to the same times.
Requirements
85 Agility or 80 with summer pies.
55 Magic.
