You look and sound like you belong in a boyband. Leave pollock to Ed Harris.
Nice try though.

can you PLSSSS tell us what paints you're using? I'd like the name of the company and the type, pls pls pls respond

What paint did you actually use. I have been using latex base with a mixture of water to add a liquid effect. But what you are using seems more authentic!

totally more drawn out than mine

ahahah. This will never be art. This is just pedant people trying to be important. Some say that art is relative and that people attribute the value that they want to the object. This means that a blank canvas can be art if the person decides so. Anyway, the only thing that impresses me, is the representation of reality. This is where you can display talent. Stuff like Pollock is a con. Anyone can do it, I would do it. A meaningless mess of paint and, then, i would listen to intellectuals talk.

@kingmanted those people who say his art or any avant-garde art is dificult are usually people who want to brag about how they understand this "dificult art". actually avant-garde art is easier than any old western art, they don't require lot of technique, it's more free and individualistic that's why i like modern art

@TheEdgarvarese12 So its really not complex at all then, pretty primitive then...Not that hats a bad thing at all. I like them,i just never understood the big hype about his stuff. thanks for the response =)

@kingmanted it's very dificult to explain, but his lines are very rythmical, and his colors very beatiful. there's nothing so dificult about abstract art you just have get the emotion that is in any particular work. the abstract paintings are bunch of moods, it is just that the form are unrecognizable. it's all relative. impressionism is more abstract than renasaince painting and jackson pollock is more abstract than impressionism. and also colors influence human emotions.

@TheEdgarvarese12 PLEASE explain the fascination,I don't understand it.

I'm not posing. I studied Pollock and his methods and thought it would be fun to try.

Thanks. You can do something like this rather cheaply, just a few buckets of paint, sticks and an old bed sheet. Have fun!
